James Evans – President/Owner
James has over twenty years experience in the commercial construction industry with a background in facility and construction management. James has worked in the private and public sector as well as in high level government military installations.
James is responsible for the ownership of the O, R & L El Paso and Las Cruces office with respect to all construction and facility related projects. He oversees all aspects of the bidding process, project estimating and budgeting and also proposes value-engineering options during the design phase of each project.
Antonio Lopez – President Field Operations
Antonio’s career is highlighted with over 28 years of successful completion of numerous multi-million dollar industrial, commercial and institutional new construction and renovation projects in the city of El Paso, TX.
Antonio’s responsibilities include the on-site supervision and coordination of all the construction trades in the erection of all construction projects.
